Florida in December

We were able to sneak away for a few days with the family to Florida for an amusement park run.  The timing was perfect!  There were no lines to wait in, warm weather to dry us off from the water rides and great company to enjoy.  Paul had a conference in Orlando at the beginning of the week and so we met up with them and spent 3 wonderful days exploring Universal Studios.
Grandpa, Jeff, Grandma, Katie, Marissa, Savannah, Lori, Tom, Tina, Emma, Paul, Janell and Brooklyn.
This picture was taken the last night just after the firework show. We were all exhausted, especially Brooklyn who was sound asleep on Mom's shoulder.
The girls catching a wave
The Train to Hogwarts
Butter Beer for them all!
Tom, Tina and Brooklyn with the MIB

In front of the diner - grandpa loved the cool cars!
Out side the Cat in the Hat store are my 4 "Things"
Crazy Bunch - aren't they?
We ran, we played and we conquered until we were all overcome with sleep. Grandpa didn't always make it back to he hotel each night.

This pose even caught some of the tourists attention.  Several stopped to take their own picture of the sleeping grandpa.
Isn't Savannah so cool with her 3D classes on?
It was a trip packed full of great memories. We are so glad we could all spend this time together.  Kind of our last hoar-ah before Katie leaves for college and Tom gets married.
